Contact and billing data: name, company name, email address, phone number, billing address, tax number. The legal basis for processing is the performance of the contract and the obligations arising from accounting legislation. Retention period: for billing data, 8 years as required by the Hungarian Accounting Act.

The chat widget stores the content of the conversation (questions, answers, product cards shown, timestamps) and a server-generated, signed session identifier. The system does not store IP addresses, user-agent data, cookies or device fingerprints; the session token lives in the localStorage of the visitor's browser and expires after 30 minutes.

During a human handover, the name, email address, phone number and message voluntarily provided by the visitor are forwarded to the address specified by the Subscriber.

Depending on the subscription plan, conversations are retained for 30, 90 or 180 days; after that, an automated job actually deletes them.

On the askbruxy.com website — only with the visitor's consent — we use Google Analytics 4 to produce aggregated visitor statistics (pages viewed, session data, device and browser type, approximate country, a random visitor identifier). The legal basis is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time with the "Cookie settings" button in the footer. Statistical data is retained for up to 14 months. Anthropic PBC (United States) — language model service for producing answers. Voyage AI (United States) — text embedding for search. SimplePay Zrt. (Hungary) — online card payment; based on the data transfer statement accepted by the customer when starting the payment, the name, email address, billing address and phone number are transferred. KBOSS.hu Kft. / Számlázz.hu (Hungary) — invoicing. Render Services, Inc. — hosting and runtime environment. Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) — website statistics (Google Analytics 4), only with consent.

Data transfers to third countries take place with appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

Data subjects may request access to, rectification or erasure of their personal data, or restriction of processing, may object to processing, and may exercise the right to data portability. Requests can be submitted at hello@askbruxy.com; the Provider responds within 30 days.

Complaints may be lodged with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu), and judicial remedy is also available.

Data travels over encrypted channels. In the multi-tenant system, data is stored in collections separated per customer, with no path for cross-queries. Server logs deliberately contain no question or answer text, only technical identifiers.
