Payment Terms and Fees

All prices are net, in Hungarian forints; the customer pays the gross amount including 27% VAT. No additional costs (handling, shipping or other fees) apply.

Monthly plans: Start HUF 19,900 + VAT (gross HUF 25,273) / month; Pro HUF 49,900 + VAT (gross HUF 63,373) / month; Business HUF 79,900 + VAT (gross HUF 101,473) / month.

Annual plans (one sum, in advance): Start HUF 191,040 + VAT (gross HUF 242,621) / year; Pro HUF 479,040 + VAT (gross HUF 608,381) / year; Business HUF 767,040 + VAT (gross HUF 974,141) / year. With an annual subscription, monthly add-ons are included in the annual fee at 20% off.

Monthly add-ons: webshop module HUF 9,900 + VAT (gross HUF 12,573) / month; extra chatbot HUF 6,900 + VAT (gross HUF 8,763) / chatbot / month.

One-time services: installation HUF 49,000 + VAT (gross HUF 62,230); initial setup HUF 149,000 + VAT (gross HUF 189,230).

After setting up the account we send a payment link by email. The link leads to the payment page on askbruxy.com, where the customer sees the items with net and gross amounts, accepts the General Terms and Conditions and the SimplePay data transfer statement, and may choose recurring (automatic) payment. The customer then enters the card details on the secure SimplePay payment page and returns to askbruxy.com, where they are informed of the result of the payment and the transaction ID.

Within 5 business days of a successful payment we set up the account and put the chatbot into operation, and notify the Subscriber by email. The service is digital; there is no physical delivery.

Billing is monthly or annual. The fee is due at the start of the subscription period. For renewal, we send a payment link by email before each period: 7 days before the end of a monthly period, 30 days before the end of an annual period. Switching between monthly and annual billing takes effect from the next period.

Online card payment through the SimplePay system of SimplePay Zrt. (registered office: 1138 Budapest, Váci út 135-139. B. ép. 5. em., Hungary; company registration number: 01-10-143303). Accepted payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. The Provider neither sees nor stores card data; it is processed exclusively in the systems of SimplePay Zrt..

This payment method is currently not available — renewal happens through a payment link sent by email. The terms below apply once the feature is introduced.

Recurring card payment is a SimplePay feature belonging to card acceptance: with the card details provided at the first (registration) payment, subscription fees falling due later can be charged without entering the card details again.

It is optional: on the payment page the customer declares with a separate checkbox that they wish to use it and accepts this information. By doing so they consent to the Provider charging the registered card monthly, when the subscription period renews, with the current monthly fee (the gross fee of the plan and add-ons), at most 12 times or for at most 1 year from registration; after that the card has to be registered again.

We notify you by email 3 days before each charge of the amount and the charge date. If a charge fails, we retry at most three times, every 3 days; after that we send a payment link by email. The consent can be withdrawn for the future at any time by a message to hello@askbruxy.com or by cancelling the subscription.

Card details are entered on the SimplePay payment page of SimplePay Zrt. over an encrypted (TLS) connection; the payment page complies with the card schemes' data security standard (PCI DSS), and the card-issuing bank may request strong customer authentication (3D Secure). The Provider neither sees nor stores card data; for recurring charges it only uses an identifier (token) issued by SimplePay that does not contain the card number.

Please enter your card details only on a payment page within the simplepay.hu domain, check the secure-connection sign in your browser's address bar, and never send card details by email or message. In case of a suspicious charge, contact your card-issuing bank immediately.

For each successful payment we issue an electronic invoice through the Számlázz.hu system, which is sent by email. Invoices can also be downloaded later in PDF format.

If a charge fails or a payment is missed, we send a reminder by email. If the fee has still not arrived within 7 days of the reminder, the Provider is entitled to suspend the service; in that case the widget does not load on the website.
