Withdrawal, Cancellation and Complaints

The subscription can be cancelled at any time, without giving reasons, by email to hello@askbruxy.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual): until then the service can be used unchanged, no payment request is sent for the next period, and no charge is made. An annual fee paid in advance is not refunded pro rata. The recurring card payment authorisation ends with the cancellation.

The service is available exclusively to businesses, so the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to consumers does not apply to the contract. Should a person qualifying as a consumer nevertheless use the service, the right of withdrawal ceases, in accordance with the law, once the provision of the digital service has begun at their express request.

Installation and setup fees are consideration for work performed. An order can be withdrawn free of charge until work begins; after that, the proportionate fee for work already started is non-refundable.

If, for reasons attributable to the Provider, the service is unavailable for more than 24 hours in total in a calendar month, the Subscriber may request a proportionate credit of the fee for the affected period on the next invoice.

Complaints can be submitted in writing at hello@askbruxy.com. The Provider registers the complaint and responds in writing, with reasons, within 30 days.

If the complaint is rejected, the Subscriber may turn to the conciliation body or court competent for its registered office. Competent for the Provider's registered office: Pest County Conciliation Body (Pest Vármegyei Békéltető Testület), 1055 Budapest, Balassi Bálint utca 25. IV/2.
